Inspections and maintenance of workplace equipment such as forklifts, ladders, pallet trucks, racking etc is a vitally important process to ensure equipment remains in a safe condition. Now we've made keeping track of maintenance and inspection schedules even easier with our range of inspection and maintenance stations. You can ensure your employees have access to their pre-use equipment checklists at all times by providing them with a central location to store their checklists.

When employees work on shifts, organisation is key to ensuring all employees (no matter their shift) can quickly and effectively locate important information. Storing books in one of our stations reduces the possibility of inspections or important documents being misplaced. The stations can also highlight when replacement books are required.

Our inspection and maintenance stations are manufactured from 10mm thick foam pvc which can be wall mounted easily. The station also includes a dedicated dry-wipe section which allows employees to add and track equipment maintenance or repair schedule dates. Then once repaired, it can be simply wiped clean and re-used for other important annotations.

Although our Inspection and Maintenance stations are only currently available in our Forklift, Ladder, Racking, Pallet Truck, MEWP and Overhead Crane varieties, we can manufacture inspection and maintenance stations for any equipment type.
